Add your company logo

Bring your brand into the jacket.

A small chest logo or a larger name across the back can make the jacket yours. Send us your artwork and preferred position; we’ll recommend how to apply it.

Illustration of three squares embroidered in cream and blue thread on navy knit fabric.

Plan the embroidery with the lining.

Choose the chest, sleeve or back, then work the embroidery into the pocket and lining layout. The inside finish matters too.

Check on the sample

Stitch definition, fabric distortion and the finish behind the logo.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of thin blue shapes and a cream circle heat-transferred onto navy knit fabric.

Use a clear panel for the artwork.

Heat-applied graphics can have a thin, flexible layer or a raised finish. We’ll match the material to the jacket fabric and keep the artwork clear of zips, seams and pocket flaps.

Check on the sample

Color, edges, layer thickness, flexibility and the agreed care requirements, checked on the chosen fabric.

Discuss your branding

Make the badge part of the design.

Choose silicone or PVC for the badge. Compare a chest or sleeve badge with the surrounding seams and pockets. Agree its material, size and attachment with the jacket construction.

Check on the sample

Shape, flexibility, attachment and the inside finish.

Discuss your branding

Check the scale over your layers.

Ink is applied directly to the jacket fabric. Work through a chest mark or larger back design with the seams and intended layers in mind.

Discuss your branding

Position reflective strips with the panels.

Plan the strips or accents around the pocket flaps, seams and front opening as part of the jacket’s construction.

Check on the sample

Alignment, attachment and movement with the intended layers underneath. Reflective details alone do not establish certified protective performance.

Further customization

What makes the jacket work.

Choose the outer fabric and lining, leave room for layers and keep the pockets easy to reach.

Twill or canvas

Choose the texture of the outer layer.

Polycotton canvas

Compare cotton twill and polycotton canvas for the outer fabric. Then handle each with the proposed lining to decide how the complete jacket should feel.

Cotton twill
Compare the diagonal weave, surface finish and weight against a jacket or swatch you already like.
Polycotton canvas
Look at the canvas texture and structure. Choose the blend and any lining as separate parts of the specification.

Check on the sample

Handle the outer fabric and lining together before deciding on the overall feel.

Discuss a custom design

Before production

Review the jacket as a complete layer.

Bring the intended underlayers to the fit review. It is the best way to judge the body room, sleeve length and access to the pockets.

Wear it with the uniform

Fasten the jacket over the shirt or sweatshirt it will be worn with. Check shoulder movement, sleeve room and the way the hem sits.

Use the details

Try the pockets, closures and adjustments. Include gloves or other everyday work items where relevant, then note anything awkward to reach.

Confirm the finished construction

Review the outer fabric, lining, seams and branding. Agree the measurements and any revisions before approving the custom sample for production.

Questions about work jackets

Ordering & samples.

Choose a style and tell us the quantity you need. We’ll help with your logo, sizing and delivery.

Ask about your project
Can you develop lined and unlined jackets?

Yes. We can discuss both, using your reference style or developing from your own design. The choice depends on the intended use, fabric, feel and the clothing worn underneath. We’ll review the construction and fit on the custom sample.

Can we specify reflective details or protective performance?

We can discuss reflective details as part of the design. If you need particular protective performance or certification, include the requirement in your brief so materials, construction and testing can be assessed before the order is agreed. A reflective detail alone does not establish a certified protective garment.

What are the minimum quantity and lead time?

Our existing styles with your logo start at 20 pieces per style. Fully custom styles start at 100 pieces per style. You can mix sizes in both. Tell us the quantity and delivery country, and we’ll confirm the production and delivery schedule for your order.

Can we see materials before developing a custom jacket?

Yes. Initial fabric swatches or agreed blank garment samples are complimentary; the items and shipping arrangements are confirmed first. Free design visuals can help settle the direction. Development and pricing for a jacket made to your custom design are arranged separately.
