Look closely at the stitching.

Share the artwork and intended size. We’ll review fine lettering, thread colors and placement on the chosen fabric.

Choose the feel of your logo.

Heat-applied graphics can have a thin, flexible layer or a more raised finish. We’ll help choose the material to suit your artwork, fabric and the feel you want.

Further customization

A different fabric,
collar or fit?

If your team needs more than a logo, explore the fabric and garment details below. We’ll help you choose what to change.

01 / The material

Start with how it feels.

Tell us where the polo will be worn and how it will be cared for. Swatches let you compare the texture, weight and feel before choosing a fabric.

Surface & texture
Feel a textured piqué alongside a smoother knit. Swatches make the difference easier to judge.
Weight & feel
Consider how substantial the fabric feels, its coverage and how it sits against the skin.
Composition & care
Discuss cotton, polyester or blends alongside your care requirements. Agree the fabric specification before sampling.

02 / The construction

Choose the collar, sleeves and hem.

The collar, opening and sleeve finish all change the character of a polo. We can adapt a style you like or develop these details from your reference.

Collar & placket
Choose the collar shape, buttons and length of the front opening. Check how the neckline sits when worn.
Sleeves & cuffs
Choose short or long sleeves, then discuss cuff shape, finish and movement.
Hem & finishing
Plan side vents, hem shape, stitching and neck tape as part of the whole garment.

03 / The proportions

Get the proportions right.

Tell us your country and chosen polo style. We’ll send a suitable size chart for your team to check, and help adjust the fit if needed. You can also share a polo or chart you already use.

Chest & body length
Agree garment measurements and the amount of room the wearer needs.
Sleeves & movement
Check sleeve length, shoulder position and reach on the sample.
Your size range
Confirm the measurements across sizes and the quantity needed in each. Different fits can be discussed together.

Polo shirt questions

Ordering
for your team.

Just adding a logo? Choose a polo and tell us how many you need. We’ll help with the rest.

Ask about your order
Can you work from our polo design or a sample?

Yes. Send the design, clear photos or an existing garment, along with what you want to keep or change. We can discuss fabric, collar, placket, sleeves, fit and branding together. You don’t need a finished technical pack to begin.

Can the polo match our jackets or caps?

We can coordinate the color direction across the order. Different materials can show the same color differently, so we compare physical references and agree the appearance across the garments.

What are the minimum quantity and lead time?

Our existing styles with your logo start at 20 pieces per style. Fully custom styles start at 100 pieces per style. You can mix sizes in both. Tell us the quantity and delivery country, and we’ll confirm the production and delivery schedule for your order.

Are the samples free?

Initial fabric swatches or agreed blank garment samples are complimentary; we confirm the items and shipping arrangements first. A sample developed to your custom design is arranged and priced separately. Free design visuals are available to help work through the details.
