The order, step by step

Know what happens next.

Here’s how an existing-style logo order comes together. We explain what you need to check at each step.

  1. Choose the garment

Send the style and your logo.

Add an approximate quantity and delivery country. We’ll check the logo placement and send a quote for your team’s order.

What to send & what we confirm
    You share
The style code or page link, your logo, approximate quantity and country. If you have a date in mind, let us know.
    We confirm
The garment and logo details, pricing and shipping options. We explain sample arrangements and timing before you proceed.
  2. We prepare the details

    See your logo.
    Check the size chart.

We send a free design visual and a suitable size chart for your country and chosen style. Check the logo size and placement, then tell us the sizes your team needs. We also arrange the sample for approval.

What you check & what we arrange
    You check
Your logo in the visual and the chart’s fit for your team. Tell us any changes and your quantities in S, M, L or the other sizes on the chart.
    We arrange
The agreed sample through our own factory or a specialist manufacturing partner. We confirm the custom sample work, charges and timing with you before starting.

  3. Before bulk production

    Agree the final version.

Review the sample and gather any changes in one set of comments. We confirm the revisions and how they will be checked before asking for your approval.

What to review & what happens if it changes
    You approve
The sample’s fit, logo and finished details, together with the size quantities and order summary we provide.
    We clarify
Any remaining changes, whether another sample is needed and any effect on price or timing. Bulk production starts after approval.
  4. Follow the order

    Stay informed during production.

We produce through our own factories and specialist manufacturing partners, depending on the garment. The production team checks the work as it is made, and our own QC team checks the order before shipment.

What we follow up & when we contact you
    We follow up
Production progress and the agreed quality checks. Actual garment, production or inspection photos can be arranged to support the updates.
    We discuss with you
Any issue or change that needs your decision. We explain it, arrange the agreed action and check the result before release.

  5. Your order, delivered

    We arrange packing and shipping.

Garments are usually individually bagged and packed in five-ply corrugated cartons. We can arrange DDP door-to-door delivery or work with your nominated freight forwarder.

What to tell us & what we coordinate
    You tell us
The delivery address or your forwarder’s details. If you need packing by team or location, let us know.
    We coordinate
The packing details, carton identification and agreed shipping arrangements. Timing and costs are confirmed for the destination and order.

For a fully custom style

Need a different fabric
or a new fit?

We add garment development before sampling when you want to create your own style. Bring a sketch, photo or garment; we’ll help choose the fabric, cut and details. Fully custom styles start at 100 pieces per style, with mixed sizes.

Choose materials and details
We recommend materials for the working conditions and review the features you want to change.
Evaluate before developing
Agreed initial fabric swatches or blank samples are complimentary. We confirm the items and shipping first. These can also help you assess an existing style.
Develop and approve the sample
We agree custom sample charges and timing in advance. Once the finished sample and specifications are approved, the order follows the production and delivery steps above.
