One style or a collection

Start with the pieces
your customers need.

Tell us who you sell to, which garments you’re planning and what you want to improve. A polo, a work shirt and a jacket can share a visual identity while each does a different job.

Build from a reference style.

Found a useful shape in our range? Tell us which parts to keep and which to change, from a pocket or sleeve to the fabric and overall fit.

Choose a style to adapt

Develop your own design.

Send drawings, a technical pack, photos or a reference garment. We’ll help turn the idea into clear details for sampling. A finished technical pack isn’t needed to start.

Keep the range connected

A shared identity.
Details for each style.

Some choices run through the collection. Others need to be worked out garment by garment. We help you separate the two before sampling.

Fabric & color

A navy polo and a navy jacket may use very different fabrics. Review physical color references together, then confirm the material and color for each garment.

Fit & size range

Share your size chart or a garment that fits the way you want. Agree the measurements and size range for each style, including room for layers in jackets and vests.

Pockets, seams & closures

Show us the details your customers value. A pocket position, cuff opening or zip can affect how the garment works as well as how it looks. Confirm the construction on the sample.

The details that carry your name

Make it feel like
your collection.

Your brand may appear on the outside, inside the neckline or on a small seam tab. We can work through the placement, finish and artwork with you, alongside the way each garment is packed.

Before your collection goes into production

Approve a garment.
Keep the details with it.

The approved sample and specifications give everyone the same reference. Bring feedback together so it’s clear what changed and which version is ready to make.

  1. Review the physical sample

Check the material, fit, construction and branding against the agreed brief.

  2. Confirm the final version

Identify the style, sample size, colors, measurements and artwork. Record any agreed revisions before approval.

  3. Confirm the order breakdown

Agree quantities by style, color and size, along with packing and delivery arrangements.

When it’s time to order again

Keep what worked.
Be clear about changes.

Send the earlier order or style reference, the quantities you need and any updates. We revisit the approved details and confirm material availability, cost and timing for the new order.

Same style?
Confirm the sample and specification version you want to repeat.
Something different?
Mark changes to colors, sizing, construction or artwork so we can review what needs another sample or approval.
Planning ahead?
Share expected quantities and your preferred delivery period early. Each repeat order needs its own production arrangements.

Planning a branded range

What would help
you get started?

You can begin with one garment. Send what you know, and tell us where you need advice.

Can you work from our own technical pack?

Yes. Send the current version, drawings and any material or sample references. We’ll review the requirements with you and clarify anything that needs a decision before development.

Can we start with one style?

Yes. Fully custom styles start at 100 pieces per style, with mixed sizes. If you only need your logo on an existing style, the minimum is 20 pieces per style. Tell us the garment and details you want; we’ll help plan the order.

What can we see before committing to production?

Free design visuals help you discuss the look. Initial fabric swatches or agreed blank samples are complimentary, with items and shipping confirmed in advance. Custom sample development is agreed and priced separately. Bulk production follows your sample and specification approval.

Tell us about the range
