Add your company logo

Make the logo work with the shape.

On the front of a cap, a side panel or the cuff of a beanie—send us your logo and preferred position. We’ll recommend a method that suits the shape and material.

Illustration of three squares embroidered in cream and blue thread on navy knit fabric.

Work around the panels and the curve.

A stitched logo can sit on a cap front, side or beanie cuff. We’ll check the artwork against seams, crown support and the available area.

Check on the sample

Small lettering, puckering, stitch coverage and the feel of the backing inside.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of thin blue shapes and a cream circle heat-transferred onto navy knit fabric.

Choose a transfer for the surface.

A transfer adds a thin or raised layer, depending on its material. Review the shape, panel access and heat tolerance before choosing it for a cap or knitted cuff.

Check on the sample

Adhesion, press marks, edge lift and how the finish responds when the fabric flexes.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of a rectangular badge with raised blue and cream shapes and stitched edges on grey knit fabric.

Set the badge size against the crown or cuff.

A shaped silicone or PVC badge gives the logo a raised finish. Choose its thickness and attachment around the curvature of a cap or the stretch of a beanie.

Check on the sample

Badge edges, attachment, weight and comfort behind the badge.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of a cream rectangle and circle printed directly onto dark knit fabric, with the surface texture visible.

Keep the print area clear of seams.

We can assess direct printing on a suitable panel. The available area depends on the cap construction or knit texture, so we’ll review your artwork with the chosen style.

Check on the sample

Fine detail, color, coverage and the feel of the print on the selected surface.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of two silver-grey reflective strips catching the light on dark knit fabric.

Plan a small accent where it can sit neatly.

Discuss reflective artwork or trim around the panels, brim or cuff. We’ll review placement and attachment for the chosen construction.

Check on the sample

Position, flexibility and attachment. Reflective details alone do not establish certified protective performance.

Discuss your branding

Shared technique illustrations show the type of finish. Suitability and appearance are checked on your selected headwear.

Packing

Each garment is usually bagged separately, then shipped in a five-layer corrugated carton. Tell us if you need anything different.

Further customization

Shape outside. Comfort inside.

Look at the crown, inside band and adjuster on a cap. For a beanie, compare the knit, depth and cuff with your logo in place.

Handle the material

Compare the woven fabric, mesh and knit.

Compare cotton twill, mesh panels and beanie knits by touch. We can choose the fabric or yarn for each part, including the band or lining against the skin.

Cap fabric and mesh
Compare the body fabric, crown support and any separate mesh panels. We’ll agree their composition and the inside finish for the style you choose.
Beanie knit
Review the yarn, knit texture and folded cuff together. Feel a sample at its intended depth and check how the knit recovers after it is stretched.

Check on the sample

Feel the outer fabric and inside band. On a beanie, check the knit and cuff against the forehead, with the intended label or badge attached.

How it sits on the head

Choose the crown and the coverage.

Reference shapes for comparing crown and cuff proportions. Confirm the fit on your sample.

A supported crown stands differently from a soft cap. A visor leaves the top open, while a bucket hat has a brim all the way around. Try the shape before settling the proportions.

Cap crown and brim
Discuss the crown depth, panel layout and brim shape. Check where the front seam sits in relation to your logo.
Head fit and beanie depth
Agree the head fit and any adjustment range for each style. On a beanie, set the body depth and cuff width around how it will be worn.

Check on the sample

Try the sample on more than one intended wearer. Check forehead pressure, brim position and the fit with hair tied up or any usual accessories.

Plan the headwear fit

Look around the back

Easy adjustment. A comfortable inside.

Back adjuster

The back fastening should be easy to use, and the inside should feel comfortable. Choose the adjuster, strap finish and label position alongside your branding.

Back adjustment
Compare a metal buckle with a hook-and-loop strap. Agree the usable range, strap width and how any loose end is secured.
Inside band and cuff
Review the band, inner seams and labels on a cap. On a beanie, check the inside of the cuff and the backing behind the logo.

Check on the sample

Adjust the cap, tuck the strap end away and feel the inside seams. Check that labels and decoration do not create a rough spot against the skin.

Discuss a custom design

Before production

Try it on. Look at the inside, too.

A front view cannot tell you how a hat sits or feels. Check the fit and decoration together before agreeing the final specification.

Wear it as intended

Adjust the cap or fold the beanie cuff to its intended position. Check the crown depth, brim and forehead pressure on the intended wearers.

Handle the details

Use the fastening and feel the band, inside seams and labels. Check any badge or embroidery backing against the skin.

Review shape and branding

Check the logo on the curved or stretched surface. Agree the care check and review the shape, finish and decoration afterwards.

Questions about caps & beanies

Ordering & samples.

Choose a style and tell us the quantity you need. We’ll help with your logo, sizing and delivery.

Ask about your project
Can you make a cap or beanie from our own design?

Yes. Send a sketch, photo or sample, even if the details are not final. We can work through the shape, materials, colors and decoration in a design visual, then confirm the construction on a custom sample.

How do we choose between a structured and an unstructured cap?

A structured cap has support that helps the front keep its shape. An unstructured cap has a softer crown. Compare them on the wearer, with your logo size and placement in mind.

Will one adjustable cap fit everyone?

We should check the intended head sizes and agree the adjustment range. An adjuster does not guarantee a fit for every wearer, and a fixed-fit bucket hat or knitted beanie needs its own fit check.

Can the same logo be used on a cap and a beanie?

Often, yes. We may need to adjust the size, backing or attachment: a cap front is curved, while a beanie cuff stretches. We’ll check both versions on the materials you choose.

What are the minimum quantity and lead time?

Our existing styles with your logo start at 20 pieces per style. Fully custom styles start at 100 pieces per style. You can mix sizes in both. Tell us the quantity and delivery country, and we’ll confirm the production and delivery schedule for your order.

Which samples are complimentary?

Initial swatches or agreed blank samples are complimentary; we confirm the items and shipping arrangements first. Free design visuals help compare your options. Headwear made to your custom specification is developed and priced separately.
