Can you develop something that isn’t on the website?
Yes. Send us your idea, reference photos, an existing garment or a design file. We’ll review the construction, materials and quantities with you, then confirm what can be developed and what the next steps involve.
Do we need a technical pack or finished artwork?
No. A sketch, clear photos or a short brief can start the conversation. We can help with design visuals and work through the missing details. Before sampling, we’ll confirm the artwork and specifications needed for the agreed design.
What are the minimum quantities, and how is pricing worked out?
Choose an existing style and add your logo from 20 pieces per style, or develop a fully custom style from 100 pieces per style. Both can include mixed sizes. The garment, logo method and quantity determine the price; send us your chosen style or design for a quote.
What if we want to change the custom sample?
Tell us what needs adjusting. We’ll review the changes and explain any effect on cost or timing before moving ahead. The final sample and relevant specifications need your approval before bulk production.
Can you coordinate several garments in one order?
Yes. You can discuss polos, shirts, layers, pants and accessories together. We’ll work through each garment’s quantities and details, and compare physical color references across different materials.
