Our contact, quote and sample forms collect the details you enter, such as your name, business, email, destination, garment choices, quantities and message. If you upload a logo, photo, sketch or PDF, we receive that file and its name.

We save accepted enquiries in our website’s private enquiry records and send a notification to our business mailbox. A confirmation means your request has been saved; it does not confirm a price, order or sample shipment.

Please share only what is needed for your project. Avoid employee records, identity documents, payment details and unrelated confidential information.

How we use and share it

We use your information to answer questions, prepare quotations and design visuals, arrange samples, fulfil agreed orders and provide support. Depending on the circumstances, this supports steps you request before an order, performance of an agreement, legitimate business interests in responding and keeping the service secure, or applicable legal obligations.

Our authorized team can access relevant enquiry records. Hosting and email providers process information to operate these services. Where needed for your project, we share relevant garment, artwork and delivery details with our factories, manufacturing partners or delivery providers. We do not sell your enquiry information.

Our team operates in China. Sending an enquiry may therefore involve processing outside your country; service providers may also process information in other locations. We consider the safeguards required for applicable international transfers.

Keeping your information

We keep information while it is needed to follow up your enquiry, manage orders and repeat orders, provide support or meet applicable record-keeping requirements. We review records and delete information that is no longer needed. There is no automatic 90-day deletion of enquiry records.

Access to enquiry records and files is restricted to authorized staff. Removing a website record does not immediately remove separate email copies or existing backups; those are handled through the relevant mailbox and backup processes.
