Website terms of use
How to use the styles, guides and other information on the Tervorin website.

Use the site to develop your project brief.
Reference images are a starting point.
A website visit is not an order confirmation.
About this website
This website introduces Tervorin and helps business buyers explore custom workwear, compare reference styles and prepare enquiries.
Submitting a form sends an enquiry to our team. It does not confirm a quotation, create an order or arrange a sample shipment. We confirm those details with you separately.
Any actual purchase needs its own agreed garment specification, quantities, pricing, payment arrangements and delivery terms. These website-use terms do not replace that agreement.
Styles, images & guides
Styles on the website are references for customization. A pictured design does not mean that the garment is in stock or available as an identical free sample.
Some images are illustrations or generated design references. Read the captions: they do not establish that an item has been manufactured, tested or approved for a customer. Screen colors and the appearance of a fabric or decoration can differ from a physical sample.
Confirm the material, fit, artwork, construction and any required performance evidence for your project. Where a garment needs to meet a particular standard, agree the requirement and the supporting evidence before ordering.
Use the guides as preparation.
They help you organize questions and project details. They do not replace an agreed specification, a physical sample review or a test report for the garment you are buying.
How sample approval worksReferences you provide
Use artwork, logos and reference images that you are authorized to share for your project. Tell our team if a reference is for inspiration only or has restrictions on its use.
Sharing a photo of another garment does not establish permission to reproduce its branding or protected design. Identify the features you want to discuss so the development brief is clear.
Do not include unnecessary personal records or confidential third-party information. Files submitted with an enquiry are used to help review your project.
Prepare logo artwork & placement detailsUsing the website responsibly
You may browse the pages, share links and use the downloadable preparation checklist for your own project planning.
Please do not interfere with the website, try to access systems without permission, or use the forms to distribute harmful or unlawful material. Do not present Tervorin content, branding or reference imagery as an endorsement of your business or as proof of a completed customer project.
If you want to reproduce website material for another purpose, contact our team to discuss the particular content and intended use.

Email and phone links open the relevant app; you decide whether to send the message or make the call. Your chosen email or phone service handles these communications.
Other websites and services have their own content and terms. A link is a useful reference, not a promise about that service or its availability.
