01 / Compare materials
Fabric swatches
Feel the texture and weight. Compare physical colors and how the material moves in your hands.
Narrowing down the fabric before garment development.
Custom workwear samples
A photo can show you the look. A sample lets you feel the fabric, move in the garment and check the details before they go into your order.
Complimentary initial swatches or agreed blank samples. We confirm the items and shipping arrangements with you first.

What would help you decide?
Comparing fabrics and approving a finished design are different jobs. We’ll help you choose the sample that makes sense for your stage.
We can help with free design visuals. They make colors, layout and logo placement easier to discuss; the physical sample is where you check the result.
When the custom sample arrives
Have the agreed specifications beside you. Ask someone who will wear the clothing to try it with their usual work layers.
Compare the physical material and agreed color reference. Check the feel, weight and comfort against what your team needs.
Choosing the fabricCheck garment measurements using the agreed method. Reach, sit and bend in the sample. Note where it feels tight, loose, short or long, and which size you tried.
Measurements and fit checksLook at the logo size, position, color and finish on the selected fabric. Check small lettering and edges, and feel the decorated area against the garment.
Compare decoration methodsUse the pockets and closures. Check stitching and finishing, then read each label and check its position and comfort against the skin.
Labels and trimsWhere packaging is included in the sample review, check the fold, bag, labels and agreed markings. Confirm which remaining packing details need separate approval.
Packaging and packing details

If something needs changing
“The sleeve pulls when I reach forward” tells us more than “the fit is wrong.” Photos and specific notes help us work out the next adjustment with you.
Identify the sample and size. Put your team’s feedback in one list, with photos or marked measurements where useful.
We review what needs changing, how to check the update and whether another sample is needed. Any effect on cost or timing is discussed first.
Approve the sample and relevant specifications once the agreed changes have been checked. Keep the approved details clear for everyone involved.
Before bulk production
Bulk production starts only after you approve the sample and the relevant specifications. These become the reference for production and inspection.
How we check the bulk orderBefore you request samples
Tell us what you need to decide. We’ll explain which samples can help.
Initial fabric swatches or agreed blank garment samples are complimentary. We confirm the items and shipping arrangements before dispatch. Custom sample development is discussed and priced separately.
No. A visual helps you review the appearance. A physical custom sample lets you check the actual material, fit and finished details before you approve them.
Tell us which sizes and garments would be useful, and who will try them. We’ll discuss the samples available or needing development and confirm the arrangements before proceeding.
Timing depends on the fabric, garment details and branding involved. Share your requirements and we’ll agree a sample schedule. If a change affects that schedule, we’ll discuss it with you.
What would you like to check?
Tell us the garment you’re considering and what you’d like to learn from it: the fabric, the fit or your finished design.
From the first reference to development, approval and your bulk order.
