Add your company logo
Use the chest, back or another suitable panel for your logo. We’ll check the artwork against the pockets and seams, then recommend a method for the vest fabric.
Plan chest or back embroidery with the pockets, lining and any filling. Review the artwork size and inside finish before confirming where the stitching goes.
Lettering clarity, panel puckering, pocket access and the finish behind the logo.
A thin, flexible transfer or raised finish needs a suitable surface. Plan the position away from quilting, pocket edges and bulky seams, then test it on the chosen material.
Adhesion, color, layer thickness, press marks and flexibility on the finished panel.
Choose silicone or PVC and compare the shape against the chest or back panel. Work through the attachment with the lining, filling and pocket construction in mind.
Badge size, flexibility, attachment and distortion around the edges.
Ink is applied directly to a suitable fabric surface. Compare a chest mark or larger back graphic around the seams and panel shapes, with the vest worn over its usual layers.
Fabric compatibility, coverage, scale and the print feel after the agreed care check.
Plan reflective accents with the armholes, front closure and pocket openings. Choose the attachment around the outer material and any lining or filling.
Alignment, attachment and position when worn. Reflective details alone do not establish certified protective performance.
Technique examples shown on reference fabrics. We’ll confirm the finish on your chosen fabric.
Need your own brand or care labels? We can help with the wording, size and placement.
Each garment is usually bagged separately, then shipped in a five-layer corrugated carton. Tell us if you need anything different.
Further customization
Mesh, stretch fabric or padding: each gives you a different vest. Compare the materials and make room for the sleeves and pockets.
From mesh to padded

Compare mesh and a softshell-style stretch fabric, or discuss cotton twill and padded construction. The outer material, lining and any filling are chosen separately.
Compare the complete construction, including the lining and any filling, before approving the feel.
Room around the sleeves

Plan the armholes and body length over the shirt or fleece worn underneath. Check the front and back together, especially when the pockets are in use.
Reach, sit and bend over the intended layers with the vest fastened.
Useful space without bulk
Look at the opening, closure and space between pockets.

Reference illustrations of construction options. Confirm the details on your sample.
Choose the pockets around what the wearer carries, then review the front closure and inside finish. A padded vest also needs its quilting considered.
Load the pockets and check the armhole edges against the shirt or fleece.
Need a style made to your own design? Fully custom styles start at 100 pieces per style, with mixed sizes.
Discuss a custom designBefore production
The fit can change once the pockets are loaded. Review the custom sample over the intended uniform and carry the items the wearer actually needs.
Reach, sit and bend with the vest fastened. Review sleeve clearance, armhole gaps and how the front and back hem sit over the pants.
Try the closures with the intended items inside. Check access and whether the loaded pockets pull the vest away from its planned shape.
Confirm the fabric, lining or filling, measurements, pocket layout and branding. Record changes before approving the custom sample for production.
