Add your company logo

Plan the logo around the shape.

Send us your logo and preferred chest, sleeve or back position. We’ll recommend a suitable finish, with enough space around zips, pockets and hood seams.

Illustration of three squares embroidered in cream and blue thread on navy knit fabric.

Keep the stitching clear on the knit.

A chest or sleeve logo can add a textured finish. We’ll review the lettering, thread colors and backing against the chosen fabric and lining.

Check on the sample

Detail clarity, puckering, backing feel and the finish on the inside.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of thin blue shapes and a cream circle heat-transferred onto navy knit fabric.

Keep the artwork clear of bulky seams.

A transfer creates an applied layer; the material determines its feel and relief. Plan the graphic around zips and pockets, then check heat, pressure and adhesion on the selected fabric.

Check on the sample

Edges, flexibility, press marks and appearance after the agreed wash check.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of a rectangular badge with raised blue and cream shapes and stitched edges on grey knit fabric.

Choose the badge and its position together.

A raised silicone or PVC badge can work as a small chest or sleeve detail. Compare thickness, flexibility and the attachment against the garment and lining.

Check on the sample

Attachment, edge finish, badge weight and comfort on the inside.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of a cream rectangle and circle printed directly onto dark knit fabric, with the surface texture visible.

Give the graphic enough uninterrupted space.

A pullover offers a different front print area from a full-zip style. Plan the graphic around pockets and seams, and check how a hood sits over any back print.

Check on the sample

Placement, coverage, color, hand feel and the agreed care result.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of two silver-grey reflective strips catching the light on dark knit fabric.

Work the accents into the garment layout.

Reflective accents can be placed around sleeves, panels or artwork. We’ll assess the attachment on the chosen outer fabric and keep the placement clear of bulky joins.

Check on the sample

Position when worn, attachment and flexibility. Reflective details alone do not establish certified protective performance.

Discuss your branding

Packing

Each garment is usually bagged separately, then shipped in a five-layer corrugated carton. Tell us if you need anything different.

Further customization

Choose the inside feel and the right shape.

Look inside as well as outside. The fabric, opening and fit will change how the sweatshirt feels over a T-shirt or shirt.

Look at both sides

Feel the difference on the inside.

Loopback reverse

Reference illustration · Compare the outer face with the small loops on the reverse.

Sherpa lining

Reference illustrations of texture. Confirm the material on your swatch.

Compare the small loops of a loopback knit with a plush or sherpa lining. Feel both sides and the overall thickness before choosing the inside of your sweatshirt.

Loopback fabric
The small loops on the reverse give a different feel from a raised pile. Handle the swatch and compare how it drapes over the intended layer.
Plush and sherpa linings
Look at the pile, bulk and joins inside the garment. The outer fabric and lining may have different compositions, so we’ll agree both parts of the specification.

Check on the sample

Feel the face and reverse, then check the thickness at a folded seam. Review the inside against the clothing worn underneath.

Crewneck, pullover or zip-up?

Full-zip opening

Front views for comparing shape. Confirm proportions with your intended underlayer.

A crewneck keeps the neckline simple. A pullover hoodie leaves the front mostly uninterrupted, while a zip-up opens fully. Choose the shape that works for your team and artwork.

Neckline and opening
Compare a crewneck, hood, short zip or full zip. Check how the collar or hood sits, and where the opening leaves room for your logo.
Shoulder and layering room
Set the shoulder line, chest room and body length around the intended underlayer. Check the sleeves and hem with the wearer moving.

Check on the sample

Try it over the usual T-shirt or shirt. Raise your arms, sit down and check the hood or collar with the zip fastened.

Pocket openings, hood shape and the cuff finish are easy to overlook in a front view. Check them closely alongside your logo placement.

Hood and front pockets
Discuss the hood construction, lining and drawcord choice. Place front artwork around a pouch pocket or the separate pockets on a zip-up.
Cuffs, hem and zip
Choose the rib width and the way the hem sits. On zip styles, check the opening, puller and inside finish together with the fabric thickness.

Check on the sample

Use the pockets, pull the sleeves on and check the hood opening. Review the rib and zip after the agreed care check.

Before production

Check the complete layer, inside and out.

Review the sample with the clothing it will be worn over. Check the structure and decoration together before agreeing the production specification.

Wear it over the usual layer

Check the shoulders, sleeves, body length and hood or collar. Reach forward and sit down to see how the garment moves.

Use the openings and pockets

Fasten the zip, try the pocket openings and check the cuffs. Feel the inside seams, zip backing and labels against the underlayer.

Review the fabric and branding

Check the surface, inside feel, rib and decoration after the agreed care review. Record the accepted measurements and any changes before production.

Questions about hoodies & sweatshirts

Ordering & samples.

Choose a style and tell us the quantity you need. We’ll help with your logo, sizing and delivery.

Ask about your project
Can we develop a crewneck and hoodie as a matching range?

Yes. We can coordinate colors, fabric and branding across both. Each shape still gets its own measurements and sample review, especially around the hood, neckline and opening.

What is the difference between loopback and a lined sweatshirt?

Loopback fabric has visible loops on the reverse. A plush or sherpa-lined design has a different inside surface and construction. Compare the swatches and a garment sample for feel, thickness and fit; the face and lining can use different materials.

Can you change the hood, pocket or zip?

Yes. Use the references to show the starting shape, then tell us the changes you need. We can work through the hood, opening, pockets, cuffs and hem in a design visual and confirm them on a custom sample.

Where can a logo go on a zip-up or hoodie?

The available space depends on the garment. Zips and pockets divide the front, while a hood can cover part of a back graphic. Send your artwork and we’ll help work through placement, size and the method before sampling.

What are the minimum quantity and lead time?

Our existing styles with your logo start at 20 pieces per style. Fully custom styles start at 100 pieces per style. You can mix sizes in both. Tell us the quantity and delivery country, and we’ll confirm the production and delivery schedule for your order.

Which samples are complimentary?

Initial swatches or agreed blank garment samples are complimentary; we confirm the items and shipping arrangements first. Free design visuals help compare the garment and branding. A sweatshirt made to your custom specification is developed and priced separately.
