Style reference

Add your company logo

Leave room for your name.

Place your logo on the bib or another clear area of the apron. Send us the artwork and where you’d like it; we’ll recommend a suitable method for the fabric.

Illustration of three squares embroidered in cream and blue thread on navy knit fabric.

Keep the stitching clear of pocket openings.

A chest logo or small pocket mark can add a textured finish. We’ll review the thread colors, lettering and backing against the selected apron fabric.

Check on the sample

Small lettering, puckering, backing feel and whether the pocket remains fully usable.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of thin blue shapes and a cream circle heat-transferred onto navy knit fabric.

Review the applied finish on your fabric.

A transfer can form a thin flexible layer or a raised finish. We’ll assess the fabric and any surface treatment before choosing the material and application.

Check on the sample

Adhesion, edges, press marks and appearance after the agreed care check.

Discuss your branding

Choose a badge that sits neatly on the apron.

Discuss a silicone or PVC badge on the bib or pocket area. Set the size, thickness and attachment alongside the seams and openings.

Check on the sample

Attachment, flexibility, badge edges and access to the pocket.

Discuss your branding

Use the clear area on the bib.

Direct printing can suit a wordmark or larger graphic on a suitable fabric. Work through the scale, color and position with the apron flat and worn.

Check on the sample

Coverage, clarity, fabric feel and the result of the agreed care check.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of two silver-grey reflective strips catching the light on dark knit fabric.

Add an accent where the brief calls for it.

If your design includes reflective artwork or trim, we can review its placement and attachment around the bib, pockets and straps.

Check on the sample

Attachment, position and care compatibility. Reflective details alone do not establish certified protective performance.

Discuss your branding

Shared technique illustrations show the type of finish. We’ll check the application on your chosen apron fabric.

A neck strap and a cross-back design sit differently on the body. Try each with the usual clothing underneath, then settle the bib width, body length and tie arrangement.

Neck strap or cross-back
Compare the strap route, width and adjuster position. Check where the apron sits on the chest and how easy it is to put on.
Length and waist ties
Choose how much of the front and sides the apron covers. Set the tie length around the intended wearers and how they prefer to fasten it.

Check on the sample

Reach across a counter, bend and sit if the role requires it. Check strap pressure, tie access and whether the hem gets in the way.

Plan the apron fit

Keep the useful details close

Put the pockets where the work needs them.

Tell us what the wearer carries and which hand needs to reach it. We can plan the pocket layout, openings and attachments around those items and your logo.

Pocket layout
Discuss a divided front pocket, an added smaller pocket or a different position. Agree the opening and depth against the actual items it needs to hold.
Straps, buckles and stitching
Choose the strap finish, fastening and visible stitching with the fabric. Check the attachment points and the feel of any hardware when the apron is worn.

Check on the sample

Load the pockets with the intended items and reach for them while working. Review the openings, fastenings and any pull on the bib or straps.

Before production

Try the apron through the working day.

Check it with the clothing, tools and tasks the team will use. A sample helps settle the fit and practical details before production.

Wear it with the uniform

Adjust the straps, tie the apron and check the coverage. Reach, bend and sit as the role requires, paying attention to the hem and strap pressure.

Use every pocket

Try the items the apron needs to carry. Check reach, opening size and whether a loaded pocket pulls the apron out of position.

Review fabric and decoration

Agree a care check suited to how the apron will be used. Review the fabric, stitching, hardware and branding afterwards, then record any changes.

Questions about aprons

Ordering & samples.

Choose a style and tell us the quantity you need. We’ll help with your logo, sizing and delivery.

Ask about your project
Can you change a reference apron or use our own design?

Yes. We can work through the fabric, bib width, length, straps, pockets and decoration. Send a sketch, photo or sample and tell us what you would like to keep or change.

Should we choose a neck strap or cross-back apron?

Try both arrangements with the intended wearer and clothing. Check where the straps sit, how the apron is put on and how it feels with the pockets in use. We can adjust the strap width, length and fastening as part of the design.

Can we change the pockets and apron length?

Yes. Tell us what the pockets need to hold and how much coverage you want. We’ll work through the placement, opening, depth and body length, then check them on the sample.

Can you help choose a fabric for our cleaning routine?

Yes. Tell us how often the aprons are washed, the washing method and any specific requirements. We’ll review fabric and decoration options together and agree the checks needed before production.

What are the minimum quantity and lead time?

Our existing styles with your logo start at 20 pieces per style. Fully custom styles start at 100 pieces per style. You can mix sizes in both. Tell us the quantity and delivery country, and we’ll confirm the production and delivery schedule for your order.

Which samples are complimentary?

Initial swatches or agreed blank apron samples are complimentary; we confirm the items and shipping arrangements first. Free design visuals help compare the details. An apron made to your custom specification is developed and priced separately.
