Your idea.
The details,

Start with what you have

A style you like.
Or something of your own.

Send us the reference you have and tell us what you’d change. We’ll help fill in the missing details.

Choose a reference style, then make it yours.

A website style

Keep what works.
Change what you need.

Like a shirt from our range, but need a different pocket or sleeve? Start there. The fabric, fit, colors and branding can all be discussed.

Send us
The style code or page link, plus the changes you have in mind.
We’ll help with
Suitable materials, garment details and a visual of the changes where useful.

Photos or a garment

Show us the details
you want to keep.

A photo can show the look you like. An existing garment also helps us understand the feel and construction. Point out what you like—and what you don’t.

Send us
Clear front and back photos, detail close-ups or a garment you can share.
We’ll help with
Identifying the key features and discussing materials or details the photos don’t show.
Discuss your reference

Your own design

A sketch is enough
to begin.

Have drawings or a full technical pack? We can work from those. Still at the idea stage? Explain who will wear the garment and what it needs to do.

Send us
Your sketch, design file or written idea, with any must-have features.
We’ll help with
Design visuals, practical construction choices and the specifications needed for sampling.
Talk through your idea
Rough quantities are useful, too.

They help us discuss fabric choices and a sensible way to make the order. It’s fine if you’re still estimating.

From visual to physical sample

Now feel it.
Try it. Check the details.

A visual helps settle the look. The customized sample is where you check the fabric, fit, construction and finished branding together.

  • Fabric & colorCheck the physical material and color references.
  • Fit & functionTry the garment on, move in it and use the pockets and closures.
  • Branding & finishingReview the logo method, placement, stitching and labels.

We agree the custom sample requirements, cost and timing before making it. Initial swatches or agreed blank samples are complimentary; shipping is arranged separately.

  2. Check the revised details

  3. Approve before production

Your approved sample and the agreed specifications become the reference for the bulk order.

A few practical questions

Still shaping
the idea?

Our team can help you decide what to send first.

Contact the team
Can you help if we only have a logo?

Yes. Tell us which garments you need, who will wear them and any colors you have in mind. We can suggest reference styles and help you see the branding on a design visual.

Is the design visual the same as a customized sample?

No. The free visual helps you review the appearance. A customized physical sample lets you check the material, fit and finished details. We confirm its cost and the work involved separately.

Can you develop several garments to look like one range?

Yes. We can discuss matching color placement and branding across shirts, polos, jackets, pants and accessories. We compare physical color references for the different materials.

What if our requirements change during development?

Let us know which details have changed. We’ll review the fabric, construction and quantities affected, then explain any revised sample work, price or timing before you decide.

Let’s make it clearer

What would you like
your workwear to do?

Send your reference and the changes you have in mind. We’ll help with the design and the details still to be decided.
