Workwear for your team · Shenzhen, China

For uniform distributors & apparel providers

Custom workwear.
For your customers.

You know what your customer needs. We help with garments, samples and production through our own factories and specialist partners. Our team keeps you updated and handles the quality checks before shipment.

Start with a style from our range, your client’s design or a garment they want to improve.

Make the brief easier to work with

A client request rarely
arrives as a finished spec.

A photo, an existing uniform or a few priorities can start the discussion. We help separate what needs to stay from what can change.

What you bring

The customer’s priorities

  • A reference garment, style or design.
  • Who wears it, and what they need from it.
  • Approximate quantities, destination and any target date.

A target date helps us discuss the plan. Delivery arrangements are confirmed around the project.

What we work through

The decisions behind the quote

  • Fabric, fit, garment details and branding.
  • Sample work and any changes needed.
  • Quantities, cost, packing and production arrangements.

Bring a design or existing uniform.

Share drawings, photos or a garment reference. We’ll discuss the design and the details that need a closer look.

Develop from your own reference

Help your client decide

Something to discuss.
Something to try.

Use design visuals to review the look, then physical samples to check what a picture cannot tell you.

Show the proposed design

Free design visuals can help you explain colors, logo placement and garment details. Send the feedback together so we can work from one clear set of changes.

Compare the materials and fit

Ask about complimentary initial fabric swatches or blank garment samples. We agree the items and shipping arrangements first. These help with early decisions; they are not the final customized approval sample.

Confirm the customized sample

We confirm the sample requirements and development cost separately. Review the physical sample with your client and bring back one agreed response before production is authorized.

From approval to shipment

Keep each order
clear and traceable.

When several garments or client projects are involved, the details need to stay with the right order. We bring them together with you before production.

01 / Agreed reference

Know which version
is approved.

Keep the garment, color, branding and size requirements together with the approved sample. Confirm revisions before they become production instructions.

The approval stage
02 / Production checks

Check against
that reference.

Our partners manage garment production. Tervorin follows up and arranges the agreed pre-shipment checks, raising discrepancies before release.

Quality responsibilities
03 / Packing details

Make the contents
easy to identify.

Discuss size grouping, garment labels and carton identification around your receiving needs. Confirm the packing instructions as part of the order.

When your customer comes back

Pick up from
the previous order.

Share the order reference, new quantities and anything your client wants to change. We revisit the specifications and current material availability with you before confirming the repeat order.

If the delivered clothing needs attention, send the order details and clear photos. We’ll check the issue, explain the proposed solution and follow it through with you.

Talk to us about an existing order

Before you get in touch

A few practical questions.

Can we discuss a range of garments together?

Yes. List the garments and approximate quantities for each. We can review how the colors, branding and packing should work across the range. The enquiry form lets you add separate garment lines.

What if the brief changes after the first quote?

Tell us which garment and detail have changed. We review the effect on samples, cost and production arrangements before confirming the revised requirements with you.

Do you have a fixed minimum quantity or lead time?

Our existing styles with your logo start at 20 pieces per style. Fully custom styles start at 100 pieces per style. You can mix sizes in both. Tell us the quantity and delivery country, and we’ll confirm the production and delivery schedule for your order.
