A coordinated range

The same identity.
The right garment for each role.

Some teams need a polo. Others need work trousers, a shirt or an extra layer. We can plan the colors and logo placement together while adjusting the garments to the job.

Design and sizing, with our help

See the logo.
Check the fit.

  1. We show you the logo placement.

Send your logo and preferred position. We’ll prepare a free design visual so you can check its size and placement.

  2. We send a suitable size chart.

Tell us your country and chosen style. Check the chart, then collect sizes from your team. For a closer look, ask about agreed complimentary swatches or a blank sample; shipping is confirmed first.

  3. Approve the finished details.

A blank sample is a starting reference. The customized sample and agreed specifications confirm what will go into production; any development charges are agreed separately.

Mixed sizes welcome

One style.
Sizes for the whole team.

Existing styles with your logo start at 20 pieces per style; fully custom styles start at 100. You can mix sizes in both. Start with an estimate, then use the size chart we provide to collect the final quantities.

Any spares would be added separately.

A jacket or a second polo style gets its own quantity breakdown. One employee may need several pieces, so the number of people is not the order quantity.

A simple size list is enough.

Use the size names on the chart we send, such as S, M and L, with a quantity for each. A spreadsheet or a short message is fine.

  • Garment or style
  • Size on the chart
  • Number of pieces
How should we collect sizes?

Tell us your country and chosen style. We’ll send a suitable size chart for your team to check, then you can collect quantities by size. If the fit needs adjusting, we can help; a sample try-on or the measuring guide can make that decision easier.

Measurements & size breakdown
Do you need each employee’s details?

For planning, garment sizes and quantities by team or location are enough. You can use department codes. Names or individual measurements are only needed if a specific customization requirement calls for them.

Packed and delivered

Ready for
your team to receive.

We usually pack each garment in its own bag, then use five-ply corrugated cartons for transport. Tell us the destination and we’ll help arrange a suitable delivery service.

Door-to-door delivery
We can arrange DDP delivery and recommend a suitable route for your destination, quantity and timing.
Your own freight forwarder
Already work with a forwarder? We can coordinate with them for collection or the agreed handover.
Extra sorting, if useful
For several departments or locations, ask us to group the garments accordingly. We’ll confirm the packing and any additional costs with you.

Think beyond the first issue

New starters.
Replacement garments.
The next order.

Let us know if you expect new team members or future rollouts. We can discuss spare quantities as part of the first order.

For a repeat order, we revisit the approved specifications and confirm material availability, quantities, cost and timing. Keep the earlier order reference and tell us what has changed.

How an order comes together

Before you get in touch

A few practical
questions.

A style, your logo and an approximate quantity are enough to start. We’ll help with the details.

Can different departments order different garments?

Yes. Tell us which garments each group needs. We work through the quantities and details for each style while planning the colors and branding as one range.

What if we don’t know the final quantities yet?

An approximate headcount and the garments you have in mind are useful for the first conversation. Final pricing and production arrangements are confirmed around the agreed styles, quantities and requirements.

Can the order be sent to several locations?

Share the destinations and how you want the order divided. We review grouped packing, shipping arrangements and costs with you. Individual delivery to every employee is not a standard service.
