    Usually around 4–7 days after dispatch to most countries. Sample-making time is confirmed separately for your style and requirements.

  2. Bulk orders, door to door

    DDP delivery by air, sea or rail on suitable routes. We’ll recommend an option for your destination and schedule.

  3. Your own freight forwarder

    Already have one? We can coordinate the handover with them.

Can we use our own freight forwarder?

Yes. We can work with your nominated freight forwarder and coordinate the handover. Share their contact and receiving instructions when you have them.

Can you arrange DDP door-to-door delivery?

Yes. We can arrange DDP door-to-door delivery, including import clearance and duties. We’ll recommend air, sea or rail where suitable for your destination and confirm the service and included costs in your quote.

Which delivery terms can you work with?

We can work with EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP. FOB and CIF are for sea or inland waterway shipments. If you don’t have a preferred term, tell us your destination and we’ll recommend an arrangement.

We confirm the named delivery point and included costs in the quote. With DAP, import clearance and duties remain with the buyer; with DDP, they are included in the delivery arrangement.

How long do samples take to arrive?

Express delivery usually takes around 4–7 days after dispatch to most countries. We confirm sample-making time separately based on the chosen style and what you need made. The express estimate covers the journey, not sample production.

Is shipping included in the garment price?

Your quote will show the delivery cost and what it includes. Tell us the destination and quantity so we can include a suitable shipping option with your garment quote.

Can you deliver to more than one location?

Yes, we can help plan deliveries to separate locations. Tell us the addresses and the quantities for each, and we’ll confirm the packing and delivery cost.
