Getting to know Tervorin
Who we work with and how a project starts.
Where is Tervorin based?
We are based in Shenzhen, China, with our own factories in Shenzhen and Huizhou, Guangdong. We also work with specialist manufacturing partners. Tervorin handles your design support, order updates, pre-shipment quality checks and after-sales support.
Link to this answerDo you have your own factories?
Yes. Our Shenzhen factory handles logo customization on existing styles, and our Huizhou factory produces some fully custom garments. We also use specialist manufacturing partners for other garments and production requirements. You work directly with Tervorin throughout, including quality checks and support after delivery.
Link to this answerDo you make uniforms for our employees?
We help businesses choose and customize workwear for their employees. We also work with uniform suppliers and workwear brands, from adding a logo to developing a complete garment range.
Link to this answerWhich garments can we order?
Our range covers polos, shirts, T-shirts, sweatshirts, work jackets, softshells, fleece, trousers, vests, coveralls, caps and aprons. You can discuss a single garment or a coordinated range. Tell us about any specialist requirements before choosing a design.
Link to this answerAre the styles on the website ready to ship?
The website is a style reference library, not a live stock list. You can choose an existing style and add your logo, or develop your own design. We confirm the production and delivery dates when arranging your order.

Use our styles or bring your own. Check the details before bulk production.
Can you work from our own design or a photo?
Yes. Send your drawing, photos, garment reference or simply an outline of what you need. We’ll work through the fabric, fit and construction with you. Free design visuals can help show the proposed changes before you arrange a custom physical sample.
Link to this answerCan we simply add our logo to a style?
Yes. Choose an existing style and send your logo, with a position such as the chest or back. We’ll recommend a suitable finish: embroidery, heat transfers, silicone or PVC branding, printing or reflective details. Orders start at 20 pieces per style, with mixed sizes. If you want to change the garment itself, we can also help develop a fully custom style.
Link to this answerCan we see the material first? Are samples free?
We can arrange complimentary initial fabric swatches or blank garment samples, with the items and shipping agreed first. They help you review the material or an existing garment. A custom sample made to your specification is a separate development step; its costs and shipping are confirmed with you.
Link to this answerWhat should we send for our logo?
Send the clearest logo file you have and tell us where you’d like it, such as the chest or back. We can recommend the size and application method, then show the placement in a free design visual. The enquiry form accepts PDF, JPG and PNG; the artwork guide explains how to share other file types.
Link to this answerWhen does bulk production start?
Once you approve the finished sample and specifications, and we confirm the order details with you. We record any final changes before production. The free design visual and initial blank sample help you choose; the finished sample confirms what we will make.
Link to this answerQuantities, quotes & delivery
What we need to plan the order, and what you can leave open at the start.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Existing styles with your logo: 20 pieces per style. Fully custom styles: 100 pieces per style. Mixed sizes are welcome for both. You can send an estimated quantity to get started and confirm the size breakdown later.
Link to this answerCan one enquiry include several garments?
Yes. Add each garment to the enquiry and give its own estimated quantity. If you are planning sets, say what each set contains—for example, two polos and one jacket per wearer—so the number of people is not mistaken for the number of garments.
Link to this answerCan you provide a size chart for our team?
Yes. Tell us your country and chosen style, and we’ll send a suitable size chart. Check it for your team, then give us the quantities in S, M, L and the other sizes you need. Charts vary by style and market, and we can help with adjustments. You don’t need a finished size chart or technical pack to ask for a quote.
Link to this answerHow long will the order take, including delivery?
Sample express delivery usually takes 4–7 days after dispatch to most countries. Sample making time depends on the style and your requirements, which we confirm with you. For bulk orders, we plan production and recommend a suitable delivery route based on your destination and timing. DDP door-to-door service and your nominated freight forwarder are both options.
Link to this answerCan you add our labels and pack by size or team?
Yes. Our usual packing is one bag per garment, with five-ply corrugated cartons for transport. We can also arrange your labels or grouping by size or team. Tell us about any special packing needs; we’ll help work out the details.
Link to this answerQuality, repeat orders & support
Keep an agreed reference and a clear way to follow up.
How will the order be checked?
Our own factories and manufacturing partners check quality during production. Tervorin’s own QC team checks the order before shipment against your approved sample and specifications. We agree whether the order needs sample-based checks or full inspection, and follow up on any issues found before release.
Link to this answerCan we see photos of samples and details?
Yes. Tell us which garment or detail you’d like to see, and we’ll confirm the relevant photos we can provide. Website images labeled as reference illustrations explain a design or process; they do not show a completed customer order.
Link to this answerCan we reorder the same design later?
Yes, bring the previous order reference and tell us the new quantities and any changes. We check the approved version, material availability, colors and other details before confirming the repeat order. Pricing and timing are reviewed again, and any proposed substitutions need your agreement.
Link to this answerWhat should we do if something is wrong with the order?
Contact Tervorin with the order reference, affected items and clear photos. Start with what you have; we’ll ask for any other details we need. Our team will check the issue, explain the proposed solution and follow through on what we agree with you.
