Style reference

Add your company logo

Keep your logo clear on fleece.

A logo needs to stay clear against the fleece texture. Send us your artwork and preferred position; we’ll recommend a suitable finish and help with the size.

Illustration of three squares embroidered in cream and blue thread on navy knit fabric.

Make the stitching readable over the pile.

Work through the logo size, lettering and thread colors with the fleece texture in mind. The backing and stitch setup need to suit the chosen material.

Check on the sample

Lettering clarity, coverage over the pile, puckering and the feel of the backing inside.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of thin blue shapes and a cream circle heat-transferred onto navy knit fabric.

Check the fleece before choosing a transfer.

A thin transfer is not suitable for every fleece surface. We’ll check adhesion and the effect of heat and pressure on the pile; a smoother panel or another method may suit better.

Check on the sample

Flattened pile, press marks, adhesion, flexibility and appearance after the agreed wash check.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of a rectangular badge with raised blue and cream shapes and stitched edges on grey knit fabric.

Set the badge against the fleece texture.

Choose silicone or PVC, then compare the badge size and flexibility against the pile. Plan an attachment that holds the shape without pulling the surrounding fabric.

Check on the sample

Edge attachment, fabric distortion, badge weight and the finish inside the garment.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of a cream rectangle and circle printed directly onto dark knit fabric, with the surface texture visible.

See whether the surface suits your artwork.

Direct printing puts ink onto the fabric, so fleece texture can affect coverage and fine detail. We’ll assess the selected fleece or a suitable smooth panel before recommending this option.

Check on the sample

Edge definition, coverage through the texture, fabric feel and the agreed care result.

Discuss your branding

Choose an attachment that suits the pile.

Plan reflective strips or accents around the seams and pocket layout. Sewn or heat-applied options need to be assessed against the selected fleece and construction.

Check on the sample

Attachment, fabric distortion and position when worn. Reflective details alone do not establish certified protective performance.

Further customization

Texture, shape and the finishing touches.

Compare the fleece in your hands, then try the shape over a shirt and under a jacket. The collar, pockets and cuffs all matter.

Texture you can feel

Start with the fleece surface.

Fleece texture

Look closely at the pile and surface texture.

The polyester fleece shown here is one option. Compare its pile, thickness and reverse with a physical swatch—or send us a fleece with a feel you prefer.

Pile and thickness
Compare the fleece texture and body against a garment you like, instead of choosing from a photograph alone.
Reverse and care
Feel the reverse against the usual underlayer and agree the care checks for the selected fleece.

Check on the sample

Handle the swatch and review its appearance after the agreed care check.

Worn alone or underneath

A fleece worn under a jacket needs the right room through the sleeves and body. Discuss the hood or collar with the rest of the uniform.

Hood or collar
Use the hooded reference as a starting point, or discuss a stand collar for your own design.
Sleeves and body
Allow for the shirt underneath, then check that the fleece sits comfortably inside any outer jacket.

Check on the sample

Try the fleece with the intended shirt and outer jacket, then reach forward.

A closer look at the finish

Keep the pockets and edges easy to use.

Cuff and hem finishes

Pocket opening

Cuff and hem
Discuss an elastic cuff and adjustable hem, checking the amount of gathering and how the edge sits.

Check on the sample

Discuss a custom design

Before production

Check it with the complete uniform.

Use the sample review to check comfort and the complete uniform together. Bring the top and outer jacket that the fleece will be worn with.

Check the feel at the neck and wrists

Fasten the collar, bend the elbows and try the pockets. Review the inside seams, zip backing and labels where they touch the wearer.

Try the complete set of layers

Wear the fleece over the usual top, then add the outer jacket. Check for bunching at the shoulders, sleeves and hem during movement.

Review the surface and logo

Check the fabric, decoration and fit after the agreed care review. Record any changes to the fleece, measurements or finishing before approving production.

Questions about fleece jackets

Ordering & samples.

Choose a style and tell us the quantity you need. We’ll help with your logo, sizing and delivery.

Ask about your project
Can we choose the fleece weight and texture?

Yes. Share the look, feel and intended use, or send a reference garment. We’ll compare suitable materials and discuss weight, pile, color and care requirements. A swatch is useful for texture; a custom sample helps you judge the thickness and fit as a garment.

Can you develop the fleece to fit under our softshell?

Yes. Send the outer jacket or its measurements along with the top worn underneath. We’ll review the fleece thickness, shoulders, sleeves, collar and hem as a set of layers, then check for restriction or bunching on the sample. You can also develop both garments with us.

Can every logo method be used on fleece?

Not every method suits every fleece. Pile, fabric composition and the artwork all affect the result. We’ll assess the proposed finish on the chosen fabric; embroidery, a patch or a smooth contrast panel may be more suitable than applying a transfer or print directly to a deep pile.

What are the minimum quantity and lead time?

Our existing styles with your logo start at 20 pieces per style. Fully custom styles start at 100 pieces per style. You can mix sizes in both. Tell us the quantity and delivery country, and we’ll confirm the production and delivery schedule for your order.

Which samples are complimentary?

Initial fabric swatches or agreed blank garment samples are complimentary; we confirm the items and shipping arrangements first. Free design visuals can help compare colors and logo placement. A fleece made to your custom design is developed and priced separately.
