Add your company logo

Branding that fits your work pants.

On a thigh pocket or near the hip—tell us where you want the logo. We’ll recommend a suitable method for the fabric and keep it clear of pocket openings.

Keep the stitching clear of pocket openings.

Compare a thigh or back-pocket logo with the pocket layout. Work through the size and thread colors without restricting access or movement.

Check on the sample

Legibility, fabric puckering and comfort when sitting or bending.

Discuss your branding

Check the position with the pants on.

Heat-applied graphics can have a thin, flexible layer or a raised finish. Compare the feel and position on the thigh or pocket, including when the wearer sits or bends.

Check on the sample

Color, edges, layer thickness, flexibility and the agreed care requirements, checked on the chosen fabric.

Discuss your branding

Choose a badge that feels right when worn.

Choose silicone or PVC for the badge. A badge can sit on a pocket or near the waistband. Consider the belt, seams and nearby closures when planning its shape and position.

Check on the sample

Thickness, flexibility, attachment and comfort when seated.

Plan the position around the leg.

Work through strips or accents with the pockets, knee area and leg length in mind. Include the intended footwear when reviewing placement.

Check on the sample

Position, attachment and movement. Reflective details alone do not establish certified protective performance.

Discuss a custom design

Before production

Check the fit while you move.

Review a custom sample with the right footwear and the items the wearer carries. Use that check to agree the fit and practical details before production.

Check the fit in motion

Sit, bend and take a full step, then note where the garment pulls or feels loose. Compare those observations with the agreed measurements.

Try the waist and pockets

Wear the intended belt and place the usual items in the pockets. Check access, comfort and whether the layout needs to change.

Settle the final specification

Confirm the material, fit, leg length, pocket construction and branding. Record the revisions and approve the custom sample before bulk production.

Questions about work pants

Ordering & samples.

Choose a style and tell us the quantity you need. We’ll help with your logo, sizing and delivery.

Ask about your project
Can you develop the fit from pants we already use?

Yes. An existing garment or a measurement chart can give us a starting point for the rise, waist, seat, thigh and leg shape. Tell us what works and what does not. We’ll review the fit in the chosen fabric on a custom sample.

Can we change the pockets, waistband or knee details?

Yes. We can work through a different pocket layout, waistband, belt loops or knee and reinforcement details. Send your design or explain the intended use and what the wearer carries. We’ll agree the construction and placement through development rather than assume every feature is needed.

What are the minimum quantity and lead time?

Our existing styles with your logo start at 20 pieces per style. Fully custom styles start at 100 pieces per style. You can mix sizes in both. Tell us the quantity and delivery country, and we’ll confirm the production and delivery schedule for your order.

Can we check the fabric before ordering a custom sample?

Yes. Initial swatches or agreed blank garment samples are complimentary; we confirm the items and shipping arrangements first. Free design visuals can help you review the pocket layout and branding. A sample made to your custom design is arranged and priced separately.
