Add your company logo

Plan the branding across the coverall.

A chest logo or company name across the back helps identify your team. Send us the artwork and preferred position; we’ll recommend a method for the chosen fabric.

Illustration of three squares embroidered in cream and blue thread on navy knit fabric.

Place the stitching where it stays clear.

Compare a chest, sleeve or back logo around pocket flaps and seams. Agree the thread colors and scale, then check the finish inside the coverall.

Check on the sample

Logo clarity, puckering, wearer comfort and suitability for any agreed garment performance requirements.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of thin blue shapes and a cream circle heat-transferred onto navy knit fabric.

Review the graphic as the wearer moves.

Choose a thin, flexible layer or discuss a raised finish on a suitable fabric. Place the graphic clear of openings and folds, then review it while reaching and crouching.

Check on the sample

Material compatibility, color, layer thickness, flexibility and the agreed care requirements.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of a rectangular badge with raised blue and cream shapes and stitched edges on grey knit fabric.

Choose a badge position that feels right.

Choose silicone or PVC, then plan the size and attachment with the coverall on. Keep the badge clear of areas that press against the wearer when bending or sitting.

Check on the sample

Attachment, thickness, flexibility and suitability for the intended use and fabric.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of a cream rectangle and circle printed directly onto dark knit fabric, with the surface texture visible.

Check the artwork across the size range.

Ink is applied directly to a suitable garment fabric. Develop a chest mark or larger back design around the seams, with room for the artwork on the smallest planned size.

Check on the sample

Ink compatibility, coverage, scale and appearance after the agreed care check.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of two silver-grey reflective strips catching the light on dark knit fabric.

Consider the body, sleeves and legs together.

Plan reflective strips or accents around the full garment, including closures and pockets. Assess the chosen material and attachment against the intended use.

Check on the sample

Position through movement, attachment and any specified testing. Reflective details alone do not establish certified protective performance.

Packing

Each garment is usually bagged separately, then shipped in a five-layer corrugated carton. Tell us if you need anything different.

Further customization

Get the one-piece fit right.

The shoulders, waist and legs need to move together. Choose the fabric, then look at the body length, opening and pockets.

Choose the main fabric

Compare cotton twill and polyester canvas.

Reference illustration of grey fabric with diagonal twill lines and a turned-up edge.

Cotton twill

See the main-fabric weave and brushed surface.

Reference illustration of beige fabric with a visible canvas weave and soft folds.

Polyester canvas

Compare the canvas surface with the twill option.

Reference illustrations of fabric texture. Confirm the material on your swatch.

Compare cotton twill and polyester canvas for the main fabric. We can discuss separate panels or lining alongside any requirements of the job.

Cotton twill
Look at the brushed diagonal weave and compare the feel with a coverall the team already wears.
Polyester canvas
Compare the canvas structure and surface. Choose contrast or extra panels separately from the main fabric.

Check on the sample

Compare swatches and confirm the specification for the intended work before sampling.

Torso, waist and leg proportions

See the one-piece shape from shoulder to ankle.

Try the coverall over the clothes worn underneath. The torso length, rise and leg shape need to work together when the wearer moves.

Torso and seat
Check shoulder-to-crotch room when reaching and crouching, with the front fully fastened.
Waist and leg shape
Discuss waist shaping or adjustment, then set the leg length and opening around the usual footwear.

Check on the sample

Plan the coverall fit

Chest and sleeve pockets

Compare pocket position, shape and opening direction.

The front opening should make dressing practical and sit comfortably when closed. Arrange chest and sleeve pockets around the movement and reach the job needs.

Long front opening
Agree the closure, opening length and any front flap, including the finish on the inside.
Chest and sleeve pockets
Choose the opening direction, flap and depth around what each pocket carries, then check access while seated.

Check on the sample

Put the coverall on, use the closures and reach every pocket while seated.

Discuss a custom design

Before production

Check the fit through a full range of movement.

Review the coverall with the intended underlayers and footwear. Movement reveals fit issues that are easy to miss in a standing photograph.

Reach, step and crouch

Fasten the coverall, reach overhead, take a full step and crouch. Note pulling through the torso, shoulders, seat or knees and compare it with the agreed measurements.

Try the closures and pockets

Put the garment on and take it off, then use the pockets while seated and standing. Check the cuffs, leg openings and any adjustment with the intended equipment.

Confirm the full specification

Review the fabric, construction, fit, branding and agreed checks. Record changes and resolve any required performance assessment before approving the garment for production.

Questions about coveralls

Ordering & samples.

Choose a style and tell us the quantity you need. We’ll help with your logo, sizing and delivery.

Ask about your project
Can you work from a boiler suit we already use?

Yes. Send photos, measurements or an existing garment and tell us what fits well and what needs changing. We can develop from that reference or your own design, then check the torso, waist, legs, openings and pockets on a custom sample.

How do you review the fit of a one-piece garment?

We look beyond chest and waist size. The torso length, rise, seat, shoulder room and leg length need to work together over the intended clothing. A wearer should reach, sit, step and crouch in the custom sample so any pulling or excess room can be addressed.

Are these coveralls certified protective clothing?

The reference style does not carry a protective-performance claim. If you need flame resistance, high visibility or another specified protection, include the exact requirement in your brief. Materials, construction, decoration and testing need to be assessed and confirmed before an order for that purpose is agreed.

What are the minimum quantity and lead time?

Our existing styles with your logo start at 20 pieces per style. Fully custom styles start at 100 pieces per style. You can mix sizes in both. Tell us the quantity and delivery country, and we’ll confirm the production and delivery schedule for your order.

Which samples are complimentary?

Initial fabric swatches or agreed blank garment samples are complimentary; we confirm the items and shipping arrangements first. Design visuals are free. A coverall made to your custom specification is developed and priced separately.
