Add your company logo

Give your artwork the right finish.

A small chest logo, sleeve detail or a larger back design—send us the artwork and where you’d like it. We’ll recommend a suitable method for the T-shirt fabric.

Illustration of three squares embroidered in cream and blue thread on navy knit fabric.

Keep a small logo clear and comfortable.

Thread adds texture, but the logo size and backing need to suit the knit. We’ll review fine lettering and stitch density so the decoration does not pull the surrounding fabric.

Check on the sample

Lettering, puckering, backing feel and how the T-shirt hangs around the logo.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of thin blue shapes and a cream circle heat-transferred onto navy knit fabric.

Match the transfer to the fabric and artwork.

A transfer adds a thin applied layer, with its feel and relief depending on the material. We’ll compare the finish, stretch and artwork detail on your chosen T-shirt fabric; not every transfer is silicone.

Check on the sample

Edges, flexibility, press marks, adhesion and appearance after the agreed care check.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of a rectangular badge with raised blue and cream shapes and stitched edges on grey knit fabric.

Use a raised badge where it sits comfortably.

Silicone and PVC badges offer a raised detail. Compare the size, thickness and attachment with the weight of the T-shirt so the badge sits neatly on the garment.

Check on the sample

Badge weight, flexibility, edge attachment and the finish against the skin.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of a cream rectangle and circle printed directly onto dark knit fabric, with the surface texture visible.

Plan the graphic around the print area.

Direct printing applies ink to the fabric. The artwork, ink and knit affect the feel and coverage, so we’ll check the proposed result in the actual garment color.

Check on the sample

Color, edge definition, coverage, fabric feel and the agreed wash result.

Discuss your branding
Illustration of two silver-grey reflective strips catching the light on dark knit fabric.

Decide where the detail belongs.

Reflective accents can follow a seam or form part of the artwork. We’ll review placement, attachment and stretch against the T-shirt fabric.

Check on the sample

Position when worn, flexibility and attachment. Reflective details alone do not establish certified protective performance.

Packing

Each garment is usually bagged separately, then shipped in a five-layer corrugated carton. Tell us if you need anything different.

Further customization

Start with the fabric. Then get the fit right.

Two T-shirts can look alike and feel quite different. Compare the texture and drape, then choose the shape, neckline and sleeve length.

What touches the skin

Compare the feel and the surface.

Compare cotton jersey, stretch cotton and textured synthetic knits by touch. Tell us how the T-shirt will be worn and what you like about one you already use.

Cotton and stretch cotton
Compare the softness, body and amount of stretch. A smooth cotton jersey and a stretch blend may look similar in a photo but feel different when worn.
Textured synthetic knits
Look at the knit surface and feel it against the skin. We’ll check the selected fabric and artwork together before choosing a print or transfer.

Check on the sample

Compare swatches in your chosen colors. Check feel, stretch, drape and opacity, especially for white or lighter shades.

Reference illustrations of shape. Final measurements are agreed for your project.

Send a T-shirt that fits well, or tell us what you would change. We’ll use it to work through the shoulder line, chest room, sleeve opening and length before agreeing your measurements.

Shoulder and sleeves
A set-in sleeve gives a familiar T-shirt outline; a raglan seam creates a different shoulder line. Check the sleeve opening and reach on the sample.
Room through the body
Choose how close or relaxed you want the body to sit. Compare the chest, body length and hem against a garment your team already wears.

Check on the sample

Reach forward and raise your arms. Check the neck opening, sleeve room and where the hem sits in the sizes your team needs.

Plan the T-shirt fit

Small details, daily comfort

Look closely at the neck and the seams.

Reference illustrations of construction. Confirm the details on your sample.

The neck rib, inside tape and hem are worth checking before approving a basic T-shirt. We’ll discuss their width, feel and finish alongside the main fabric.

Neck rib and inside finish
Set the neck opening and rib width, then check the back-neck tape and label placement against the skin.
Body seams and hem
Discuss a side-seamed or tubular body, and choose the hem finish around the fabric and fit. Tubular construction means no side seams; the garment still has other seams.

Check on the sample

Check the neckline after putting the T-shirt on and taking it off. Review the seams, measurements and decoration after the agreed care check.

Before production

Wear it. Check it. Agree the details.

Review the fabric and fit together before approving production. A T-shirt that looks right laid flat still needs to work on the wearer.

Check feel and coverage

Try the selected color in daylight and over the usual underlayers. Check opacity, skin feel and room through the shoulders and body.

Review the artwork at actual size

Check the logo position and print area on the garment. Confirm how the placement works across the sizes you need.

Agree the care review

Compare measurements, neckline, seams and decoration after the agreed wash check. Record the approved result and any changes before production.

Questions about t-shirts

Ordering & samples.

Choose a style and tell us the quantity you need. We’ll help with your logo, sizing and delivery.

Ask about your project
Can we change one of your reference styles?

Yes. Choose a style and tell us what you would like to change: fabric, color, body shape, neckline, sleeves or branding. You can also send your own sketch, photo or garment. We’ll work through the details and prepare a design visual before arranging a custom sample.

How do we choose between cotton and a synthetic knit?

Start with the feel, appearance and intended use. We can compare cotton, stretch blends and textured synthetic options on swatches. If you need a particular performance result, include it in the brief so the selected fabric and any testing can be agreed.

Can we use our own measurements and labels?

Yes. We can provide a size chart suited to your country and chosen T-shirt style, or work from your own chart or reference garment. We’ll help adjust the fit where needed. Brand labels, care labels and size identification can be developed with the garment.

What are the minimum quantity and lead time?

Our existing styles with your logo start at 20 pieces per style. Fully custom styles start at 100 pieces per style. You can mix sizes in both. Tell us the quantity and delivery country, and we’ll confirm the production and delivery schedule for your order.

Which samples are complimentary?

Initial fabric swatches or agreed blank garment samples are complimentary; we confirm the items and shipping arrangements first. Free design visuals help you compare the look and logo placement. A T-shirt made to your custom design is developed and priced separately.
