Workwear packaging & order packing

Individually bagged.
Ready for delivery.

Our usual packing is simple: each garment in its own bag, then packed in five-ply corrugated cartons. If you need the order grouped by team or location, we can help with that too.

You don’t need a packing specification to get started.

Packing questions

A few practical
answers.

We’ll help choose the packing that fits your order.

How do you normally pack an order?

Each garment is usually packed in its own bag, then shipped in five-ply corrugated cartons. You only need to give us packing instructions if you want something different.

Can we use our own packing instructions?

Yes. Send the instructions or a clear example. We’ll work through the materials, sorting and labels with you, including any extra cost.

Can individual garment packs be grouped by location?

Yes. Send the garment quantities for each location and we’ll plan the groups and identification. If you also need separate deliveries, we can include those in the shipping quote.

Does custom packing affect the quote?

Special materials, printing and extra sorting can add to the cost. We’ll explain the options and confirm the price before you choose.

Can we see a packing example first?

Yes. Tell us what you’d like to check, such as the fold, tag position or carton mark. We can agree photos or a physical example, and confirm any sample-making or shipping cost.
