Repeat orders & after-sales support

More of the same?
Let’s check the details.

Need another batch or help with a delivery? Come back to Tervorin. We’ll check the details and help with your repeat order, or review an issue and follow through on the agreed solution.

Before the next batch

Keep what works.
Confirm what’s changing.

Your previous order is a useful starting point. The new order still needs an agreed specification, quantity, price and schedule.

Start with the approved version.

Share the order or style reference, if you have it. Point out which sample, measurements and artwork you want to follow, and list any changes separately.

Fabric & color

We review current material availability and the relevant batch details. If matching an existing uniform matters, tell us what needs to be compared.

Fit, sizes & quantities

Confirm the measurement specification and the new size breakdown. Changes in staff or locations may mean you need a different mix this time.

Logo, labels & details

Check that the artwork, positions, garment details and label information are still current. Don’t leave an updated logo only in a separate email thread.

Packing, delivery & timing

Confirm the receiving location, packing groups and date you need the garments. We review the new batch’s costs and schedule with those details in mind.

When something changes

Compare it.
Then approve it.

If a fabric, trim or specification needs to change, we explain the difference and agree what needs to be reviewed before the affected production proceeds.

Need the new batch
to sit alongside the old one?

Tell us at the start. Colors and materials can vary between production batches, so we need to agree the comparison and any sample review that matters for your order.

How sample approval works

Help with an existing delivery

Tell us what
you’ve noticed.

You don’t need a complete report to contact us. Start with the information you have; we’ll ask for any further details needed to review the concern.

A useful first message

  1. Which garment or delivery?

The order reference, style or a photo that helps identify it.

  2. What have you found?

A short description, where the issue appears and when you noticed it.

  3. How many are affected?

The approximate quantity and sizes or colors involved, if known.

  4. What can you show us?

A full-garment photo, a close detail and relevant packing information.

Working through a concern

We check the issue.
And follow it through.

Tervorin remains your point of contact. Our team reviews the order records and checks with the people who made and inspected the garments, then explains the findings and proposed solution.

Repeat-order questions

Before you
order again.

Can we place a smaller top-up order?

Our usual minimums also apply to repeat orders: 20 pieces per existing style with your logo, or 100 per fully custom style. Mixed sizes are welcome. Send the earlier order reference and the quantity you need; we’ll check materials, price and timing.

Will the next batch be exactly the same?

The approved reference guides the new order, but materials and batch details still need to be checked. Tell us which aspects must match an existing uniform so we can discuss the comparison and approval needed.

Can we update the logo or adjust the fit?

Yes, list the changes separately from the details you want to keep. We’ll review the effect on the specification, sample work, cost and timing before confirming the new order.

What if I don’t have the old order reference?

Contact our team with the garment details and the information you do have. A style, photo or previous conversation may help us identify the relevant records.
